User Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how users of Questeria can request deletion of their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and app store requirements.

1. What Data Can Be Deleted

Upon request, we can delete the following data associated with your account:

• Authentication-related account identifiers
• Profile data linked to your sign-in method (e.g. Google Sign-In)
• Stored app usage data associated with your account

Some non-identifiable or aggregated data may be retained for analytics or legal compliance purposes.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your data, follow these steps:

1. Send an email to questeria@bzsolutions.ca
2. Use the subject line: “User Data Deletion Request”
3. Include the email address or account identifier used to sign in to Questeria

3. Verification

For security reasons, we may need to verify your identity before processing the deletion request. This helps prevent unauthorized data removal.

4. Processing Time

Data deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. Once completed, you will no longer be able to access your account or associated data.

5. Revoking Permissions

You may also revoke permissions such as location access or notifications at any time through your device’s system settings. This does not delete stored data but limits future data collection.
